What you'll do

• document food-safety procedures in daily logs
• set up and break down stations
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• operate food-preparation equipment safely
• receive and store food shipments
• follow Disney 5-Keys Basics, Service Basics, and company guidelines.
