What you'll do

• Follow recipes and production sheets and document adjustments
• prepare pan garnishes
• organize steam tables according to diagrams
• monitor food temperatures
• collaborate with kitchen staff
• assist with inventory and stock rotation
• maintain a clean work area and follow sanitation protocols
• contribute to menu planning and suggest improvements.
