The Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Per Diem role is onsite in Erie, PA, with compensation starting at $15.50 per hour and increasing to $16.50 per hour after 90 days. The role supports seniors through LIFE-NWPA and the One Senior Care family of businesses. The aide provides personal care, companionship, and practical support to help seniors remain safe and comfortable at home or in a center. The role contributes to coordinated care by documenting services, communicating with the care team, and adapting to participants’ changing needs and schedules.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship
• assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed
• travel to participant homes and appointments when required
• observe and report condition changes
• document care in Alaya Care
• participate in team discussions and quality improvement
• adapt schedules to participant needs.
