What you'll do

• Learn company cleaning accounts and client expectations
• perform commercial cleaning at job sites
• train and support employees on cleaning procedures and safety
• provide evening coverage when staffing is short or additional support is needed
• supervise employee performance
• update the General Manager and ownership on performance and account status
• address issues and maintain quality control.
