What you'll do

• Review direct support professional documentation for compliance with DBHDS and Medicaid standards
• audit client files biweekly and update the electronic database
• review notes, individualized service plans, quarterlies, and safety plans
• request revisions within stated timeframes
• support staff training and documentation completion
• coordinate client service coverage when cancellations or interruptions occur
• conduct quality assurance visits or calls
• maintain confidentiality and client records
• perform after-hours and weekend on-call for staffing and emergency client needs.
