Associate Recruiter

What you'll do

• Recruit and support training for hourly positions
• source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates
• coordinate drug screens, background checks, and E-Verify
• support I-9 and Affirmative Action Plan compliance and update the Personnel Activity Log
• post openings
• participate in job fairs and outreach
• conduct plant tours and orientations
• maintain Workday records
• conduct production-floor walk-throughs.
