What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate nursing care, including oversight of licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Coordinate patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Communicate care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Perform physical assessments and identify emergent clinical issues.
