Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Coordinate project schedules and sequencing
• forecast labor, equipment, and material needs within budget limits
• plan onsite operations and intermediate phases
• evaluate progress and prepare reports
• enforce safety standards and building codes
• update schedules and document progress
• coordinate subcontractors and quality checks
• maintain daily site logs
• identify value-engineering options
• coordinate with officials, owners, trades, and suppliers
• support site preparation for leasing and marketing access.
