What you'll do

• Answer phone calls and provide customer service
• schedule patients using the designed algorithm and use nurse triage when necessary
• scan paperwork into the electronic medical record
• coordinate with practices to ensure data is accessible and stored in the correct EMR location
• provide directory information

• learn facility departments and services
• perform other duties as required.
