What you'll do

• Perform laboratory tasks to verify product quality
• follow integrated food-safety and quality program requirements
• review production schedules and prepare shift documentation
• inspect injection and compression molding processes
• check equipment calibration daily before the shift
• conduct line-clearance inspections at product changes
• update control charts in InfinityQS
• place nonconforming product on hold and conduct tests for a final decision by the Quality Supervisor
• maintain an organized work area
• and promptly report accidents and risks to products, equipment, facilities, or personnel.
