Job overview

The Warehouse Supervisor position is onsite at Royal Electric’s Sacramento, CA office. Pay is $30–$35 per hour. Royal Electric provides electrical design, construction, and service, with a stated focus on building strong project relationships. The supervisor leads warehouse associates and drivers and coordinates material handling to support safe, efficient electrical construction operations. The role helps meet quality, service, and cost targets by managing inventory, receiving and delivery processes, warehouse organization, and coordination with warehouse and project leadership.

What you'll do

• Partner with warehouse leads and the Warehouse/Prefab Manager on safe, efficient operations
• lead warehouse associates and drivers
• receive and check in materials and equipment
• label and return materials and tools from jobsite cleanup
• pull supply orders and count inventory
• prepare, load, and deliver products to construction sites
• operate a forklift as needed
• update intake and delivery paperwork
• maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• may assist with prefabrication tasks.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, related warehouse experience or training, a valid driver’s license with clean DMV record, and ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification. Must be at least 21 years old.
