What you'll do

• Identify and support youth eligible for McKinney-Vento services
• build relationships with youth at school
• provide assessments, advocacy, guidance, case management, and service coordination
• support attendance, transportation, meals, scholarships, career exploration, and post-secondary planning
• support youth in housing assistance programs
• conduct outreach and visits
• document progress
• and collaborate with schools, staff, shelters, and community partners.
