What you'll do

• Develop and train staff
• assist with plant cost and expense management
• support safe and cost-effective operations
• coordinate equipment upkeep with engineering
• assist with staffing, training, regulatory compliance, payroll, and benefits administration
• participate in the plant safety committee
• oversee regulatory compliance
• document laundry surveys for potential clients
• assist with performance appraisals and coaching
• support capital planning and equipment installation
• and develop action and succession plans for supervisors.
