What you'll do

• Lead fund formation and fundraising matters from inception through closing
• draft, review, and negotiate limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, side letters, and related documents
• advise sponsors on fund structures, fundraising strategies, and ongoing legal matters
• address investment adviser, investment company, ERISA, and securities-law considerations
• coordinate with tax advisors, accountants, placement agents, and other professionals
• manage client relationships and transactions
• supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
• participate in client development and practice growth.
