What you'll do

• Lead purchasing, planning and scheduling, and material control
• align procurement, inventory, and logistics with contracts, budgets, and build schedules
• set team priorities and performance targets
• connect engineering releases, bills of materials, work packages, procurement, receiving, warehousing, and kitting to production dates
• manage requisitions, bids, purchase orders, approvals, expediting, and records
• oversee supplier sourcing and performance
• coordinate schedules and resolve bottlenecks
• oversee receiving, inspection, inventory, staging, and shipping
• report on procurement, schedules, inventory, and suppliers
• support invoice matching and forecasting
• identify cost and material-flow improvements
• maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
