What you'll do

• Prepare headcount and FTE reporting, dashboards, and KPI reports
• analyze variances against budgets and forecasts
• validate workforce data
• coordinate workforce planning and budget inputs
• maintain position-control records
• prepare headcount scenarios and people-cost projections
• track HR costs
• partner with Finance on reconciliations
• support regional reporting, process improvement, and compliance controls.
