Tower Technician III

Job overview

The Tower Technician III role is onsite in Fargo, ND, with regular travel to job sites and possible overnight stays. Compensation is $27–$32 per hour. InfraServices delivers telecommunications infrastructure and recovery solutions with a stated focus on safety and customer service. As a senior field technician, this role leads tower crews and coordinates installation, maintenance, and repair work so projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and regulatory requirements. It also supports crew training and site coordination.

What you'll do

• Lead daily site crew operations
• climb and work on towers and elevated structures up to 500 feet
• install, align, test, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, cables, connectors, and mounts
• interpret construction drawings and RF specifications
• conduct quality checks
• inspect rigging and climbing equipment
• document work
• maintain tools and vehicles
• support training and mentoring
• travel regularly to job sites.
