What you'll do

• Identify local referral sources and build a database of potential referrers
• conduct scheduled visits and deliver the 52 Week Marketing program
• provide training for professionals and families on dementia and Parkinson’s disease care
• arrange meetings and presentations about home care services
• attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events
• manage periodic on-call with internal staff
• conduct client assessments, create and enter care plans in the CRM, and coordinate with office staff
• track leads and activity and meet weekly with the manager.
