Customer Service Specialist

This work helps meet customer service expectations while supporting accurate order processing, production coordination, and continuous improvement of work processes.

What you'll do

• Handle customer purchase orders, changes, and returns
• send order confirmations within 48 hours
• communicate order delays
• prepare and follow up on quotes
• communicate product pricing
• coordinate customer requirements with sales, supply chain, production, and shipping
• support production job creation
• maintain work instructions and processes
• process non-conformance reports
• protect customer confidentiality.
