Account Executive, Upgrades

What you'll do

• Call and follow up with existing customers to identify CRM and phone-product upgrade opportunities
• manage sales from outreach through discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close
• learn shop goals and workflows
• maintain pipeline, customer conversations, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM
• coordinate with customer-facing teams on account history and post-sale transition
• meet revenue and activity goals.
