What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations according to site procedures
• monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures
• prepare reports and communicate security concerns.
