What you'll do

• Respond to customer needs by phone, email, and other communication methods
• diagnose precision hardware and software problems and provide solutions when applicable
• support dealership employees with accurate information
• make outbound calls for Sales, Parts, Service, and Integrated Solutions initiatives. Participate in ongoing training, deliver training to customers and employees during off-season periods, meet contact-center metrics, and follow case-management requirements.
