Group Fitness Personal Trainer

Job overview

The Group Fitness Personal Trainer role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with pay of $25–$35 per hour. The position supports F45 studio classes and member engagement. The trainer leads members through predetermined high-intensity workouts, provides exercise guidance and modifications, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming studio experience. The role also supports trial-member consultations, membership growth, and studio operations.

What you'll do

• Coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts
• conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• correct exercise form and provide regressions and progressions
• demonstrate exercises
• promote F45 services and assist with membership growth and retention
• perform light service desk duties
• set up, break down, clean, and store equipment.
