The role exists to train and prepare candidates to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor. Upon successful completion of training and NRC licensing, the individual will supervise licensed activities in the reactor control room and oversee bargaining unit reactor and equipment operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom, examination, and on-the-job training.
• Successfully complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support duties as directed.
