Driver Helper

The Driver Helper role is full-time and based in Eagan, MN. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; Saturdays may be required. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports CORT Furniture Rental’s delivery operations and customer service. The helper assists the driver with safe and efficient furniture deliveries and pickups, including loading, unloading, setup, and customer interactions. By preparing loads, spotting for truck backing, and coordinating with dispatch and the warehouse, the role helps protect products and provide a positive delivery experience.

What you'll do

• Inspect furniture before loading
• load and unload materials
• secure truck loads
• assist with furniture delivery, pickup, setup, cleaning, and breakdown
• help the driver with navigation, parking, and backing
• contact and interact with customers
• assist with delivery paperwork and electronic logs
• communicate with dispatch and the warehouse
• and perform warehouse duties as needed.
