What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual budgets, cost estimates, and bid proposals
• perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
• manage subcontractor outreach, bid coverage, and bid leveling
• develop scopes of work and bid packages
• coordinate with project management and operations
• participate in constructability reviews and value engineering
• work with architects and engineers to align design and budgets
• track regional pricing and subcontractor trends
• support Design-Build and CMAR pursuits
• present estimates and cost analyses to leadership.
