Maintenance Technician IV — Night Shift

The Maintenance Technician IV role is onsite in Lakeland, FL, on a continental/block night schedule from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Starting pay is $36 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential. Refresco is a global independent beverage solutions provider serving retailers and beverage brands. The technician maintains and repairs production, packaging, processing, and utility equipment to support reliable operations and minimize downtime. The role also contributes technical expertise, equipment reliability improvements, and safe, quality-focused production.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation, and PLC-related failures
• respond to production stoppages
• investigate recurring failures and implement corrective actions
• inspect, repair, and replace machinery components
• use vibration analysis, oil analysis, and thermography
• test repaired machinery
• support equipment setup, startup, shutdown, changeovers, and cleaning
• serve as a subject matter expert for at least one production system
• document maintenance work in the CMMS
• follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures
• provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and operators.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience, electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills, and licensing or certification on at least one piece of equipment. Krones, KHS, or US Bottlers equipment experience is preferred.
