What you'll do

• Maintain active sales files and log room-night and food-and-beverage pickup
• gather group information to support hotel staffing
• coordinate group equipment and collateral
• update event functions and agendas
• answer and direct calls
• block event space and prepare banquet event orders
• prepare group resumes and function reports
• resolve client issues
• verify billing and deposits
• assist with site tours, proposals, contracts, and pre-conference meetings.
