What you'll do

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and production schedules
• help manage staffing, equipment, materials, and workflow
• monitor production progress and communicate issues
• ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and company quality standards
• review production records
• partner with Quality Assurance and Laboratory teams
• support procedure and process improvement
• monitor performance and equipment readiness
• maintain inspection-ready areas
• model safe practices
• guide Production Leads and Operators
• assist with onboarding, training, certification, and cross-training.
