Community Relations Director — Sales and Marketing

The Community Relations Director — Sales and Marketing role is onsite in Bend, OR. Compensation is $30–$33 per hour, plus commission potential. What you'll do

• Use the sales and marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
• follow up on inquiries and maintain contact with warm leads
• conduct tours for prospects
• develop professional referral relationships with healthcare and community contacts
• organize monthly targeted events
• analyze competitors and tour competitor communities
• promote Cascade Living’s mission, values, and beliefs.
