What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across regional ophthalmology locations
• lead and support clinic managers and site staff
• promote efficient, compliant, patient-centered operations
• drive patient access, revenue, quality, optical sales, and staff engagement metrics
• partner with physician leadership
• implement best practices and standard procedures
• analyze operational data and workflows
• collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Revenue Cycle
• lead growth, access, patient experience, and cost-containment initiatives
• manage budgets, staffing plans, and inventory.
