What you'll do

• Determine client eligibility for WIOA services and document program requirements and action steps
• assess clients’ skills, aptitudes, work history, and service needs, including supportive services
• develop tailored employment plans based on assessment findings
• use the Transition to Success model and Map of My Dreams workbook to help clients set and track personal development goals.
