What you'll do

• Lead a caseload of formal and informal Illinois Secretary of State hearings for drivers seeking permits or full reinstatement
• build and review case files, prepare clients for testimony, present hearings, analyze decisions, and rebuild and re-petition denied cases
• manage roughly 100 active matters
• cover criminal court calls across Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, and Kane counties when the calendar allows.
