Service Technician — Field Operations

What you'll do

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol-monitoring and vehicle electronic devices
• maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
• conduct customer training and provide phone support
• make appointment reminder calls
• perform monthly inventory audits and assist nearby facilities as needed
• uphold confidentiality, data security, and regulatory compliance
• and perform additional assigned duties, including vehicle-to-vehicle transfers.
