What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and review approvals, coding, and supporting documents
• match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• prepare weekly check runs and process ACH and credit card payments
• maintain payment schedules and resolve discrepancies
• maintain vendor files, W-9s, insurance certificates, and other documentation
• process subcontractor and supplier payments
• respond to vendor inquiries
• reconcile vendor statements and accounts
• maintain accounting records and general ledger coding
• support month-end and year-end close
• prepare AP reports and aging summaries
• assist with 1099 reporting and audits
• collaborate with project managers, estimators, and office staff to verify expenses
• assist with job costing and special projects.
