What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements
• support financing transactions and lender due diligence
• assist with data-center development, power procurement, utility agreements, and infrastructure contracts
• conduct title, survey, zoning, and environmental due diligence
• review customer lease terms
• coordinate transactional issues
• maintain contract files and closing binders
• prepare reports and legal analyses
• support compliance and improve legal workflows.
