What you'll do

• Create and manage employee schedules
• align training with staffing needs
• participate in tissue recovery procedures and model best practices
• mentor staff and per diem team members
• support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• manage inventory
• liaise with stakeholders
• analyze operational trends
• assist with training program development
• participate in the Tissue Administrator On Call rotation
• contribute to investigations and corrective actions.
