What you'll do

• Lead ServiceNow SPM implementations across demand, portfolio, program, agile, resource, financial, investment, strategic planning, capacity, and roadmap functions
• design governance and portfolio processes
• configure portfolio hierarchy and investment planning
• build resource and executive reporting
• define KPIs
• identify AI automation opportunities
• partner with stakeholders on AI use cases
• and ensure responsible AI governance, security, compliance, and human validation.
