Direct Support Professional / Job Coach

What you'll do

• Transport the individual to and from work, appointments, and community activities using a personal vehicle
• provide on-site job coaching
• teach job-specific skills and workplace expectations
• promote independence and self-confidence
• support communication with the employer when appropriate
• monitor work performance and provide coaching
• assist with daily living skills
• complete progress notes
• maintain confidentiality
• report incidents or changes
• participate in training and team meetings.
