Molding Process Technician – First Shift

The Molding Process Technician – First Shift role is an onsite, full-time position in Conroe, TX, paying $23.06–$26 per hour. The role supports STERIS Operations’ manufacturing processes. The technician sets molds and equipment to validated parameters, troubleshoots process issues, and supports process development and validation. The position also mentors molding staff and helps maintain safe, organized, and continuously improving production operations.

What you'll do

• Set molds and start machines and ancillary equipment to validated parameters
• troubleshoot technical problems
• mentor and guide Mold Setters and production process technicians
• assist with scientific molding processes, robot parameters, fixtures, and validations
• test and troubleshoot complaints
• execute validation and qualification protocols
• submit toolroom work requests for repairs and preventive maintenance
• support production priorities, safety, 6S, and continuous improvement.
