What you'll do

• Assess and prepare patients for surgery and verify documentation and safety checks
• assist the surgical team during procedures
• monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to medications or procedures

• maintain aseptic and infection-control practices
• coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals
• document care and support patient handoff and postoperative care.
