What you'll do

• apply adult-learning and instructional-design methods such as ADDIE and SAM
• create job aids, quick-reference guides, videos, and multimedia materials
• manage training planning, delivery, and evaluation
• identify workforce training gaps
• coordinate with technical and functional stakeholders
• support eLearning and LMS-based delivery.
