OB Hospitalist Site Director

The OB Hospitalist Site Director role is onsite in Southaven, MS. Compensation is not specified. The director supports the OB Hospitalist clinical team and the hospital’s clinical and operational objectives. The role oversees program operations and relationships among hospital leadership, medical and nursing staff, and the physician and certified nurse-midwife team. It helps maintain quality care, develop clinicians in a value-based culture, and address operational priorities, including Labor and Delivery utilization.

What you'll do

• Support program operations and quality care
• maintain relationships with hospital staff, leadership, and the OB Hospitalist team
• collaborate with clinical and operational leaders on program objectives
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies
• manage minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• collaborate on Labor and Delivery utilization. Travel to the hospital as needed is expected.
