What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services
• implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• use evidence-based strategies
• collect and record session data
• communicate with families and the clinical team
• maintain documentation
• and follow clinical, ethical, and safety standards. Travel to client homes, schools, and approved community settings as needed.
