What you'll do

• Provide service to residents, vendors, community partners, investors, and owners
• maintain property appearance and resident-service standards
• manage occupancy and budget performance
• follow company policies and LIHTC requirements, including household qualification, annual recertifications, and reporting
• manage property team members
• maintain accurate reporting
• process accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other daily accounting functions
• maintain health and safety standards.

Why this role
