What you'll do

• Conduct site walkthroughs and assess contract scope
• calculate labor, materials, equipment, and overhead
• submit bids aligned with client requests
• draft and customize proposals and scopes of work
• follow up with prospects
• maintain proposal templates and service descriptions
• coordinate crew schedules, dispatch, and field communications
• track work orders, service logs, client correspondence, inventory, and supplies.
