What you'll do

• Provide on-call coverage for absences, schedule gaps, events, and peak periods
• transport and operate the beverage truck
• load inventory and supplies
• inspect vehicle and equipment
• set up for events
• greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve products, and process payments
• track cash and inventory
• clean, stock, and organize the truck
• complete end-of-event counts, reconciliation, and documentation
• follow safety, food-handling, sanitation, and driving procedures.
