What you'll do

• Direct daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants
• promote holistic resident care
• ensure assigned nursing personnel follow policies and procedures
• participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers as required
• assess changes in resident status, notify physicians and families or representatives, and document
• transcribe and carry out physician orders.
