What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations in an assigned region
• maintain a network of independent contractor drivers
• build customer and contractor relationships
• serve as primary customer contact
• monitor delivery metrics and implement improvements
• plan route coverage
• assess and monitor contractors
• prepare customer reports and audits
• negotiate contractor terms and settlements
• monitor account margins
• verify route completion for payment
• coach direct reports and review timecards when applicable.
