Application Manager, PTC Windchill (Infra PLM Systems)

What you'll do

• Own Windchill outcomes for item and part master data, BOM governance, lifecycle states, and change-control workflows
• manage CAD/PDM collaboration workflows
• prioritize enhancements and defects and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• track adoption, cycle time, stability, and backlog metrics
• coordinate projects and UAT readiness
• serve as an escalation point for production issues and drive triage and root-cause analysis
• coordinate vendor support
• maintain runbooks and training materials
• manage role-based access governance and application controls
• support environment operations, releases, configuration checks, and upgrade readiness.
